My Home Office - The Last Frontier

After an exhausting 8 month remodeling project, I needed help moving all
my possessions back in to my home. Lorraine was there for me every step
of the way in every room as I unpacked boxes that had been too-hastily
packed months before. Each item uncovered was respectfully considered
using Lorraine’s fast and easy criteria, and in much less time than I
imagined, boxes were removed to recycling and my beautiful home looked
better than it ever did before.

I was particularly challenged by my home office area that had been created
under the new stairwell to my upstairs addition. It was a disaster of the
first order and one that I needed to access continually during the
unpacking process. We decided to leave it for last and when the dreaded
day came to “deal with it” Lorraine was cheery, bright and encouraging,
assuring me it would be more fun than work. Sure enough, within a matter
of a couple of hours, I had an entirely new filing and organizing system
created from my existing boxes, baskets and file drawers. In addition, I
had a side table nearby that she artfully arranged with my favorite coffee
table books and photographs.

Thanks to Lorraine, not only do I now have a wonderfully “Sorted Home”, I
have the knowledge and tools to keep it that way.
